Reflection Chamber (2022)

The 2022 blend consists of a barleywine and an imperial stout aged in Willett and Heaven Hill barrels for 20-25 months. Reminiscent of chocolate covered cherries and blackberry ganache. 15.5% ABV

Reflection Chamber (2023)

The 2023 blend consists of a barleywine and wheatwine that were aged in Wild Turkey Rye and Old Fitzgerald barrels for 16-25 months. Deep dark fruits push through on the aroma and flavor, and underneath the shell, the beer contains layered notes of spiced cola, vanilla, and brown sugar. 14.0% ABV

Reflection Chamber (2024)

The 2024 blend consists solely of barleywines aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 21-28 months. On the nose and initial sip you get a traditional barleywine brightness consisting of bing cherry and plums. This blend marries rich maltiness and barrel character with notes of burnt sugar, praline, and vanilla in the mid-palate and finish. 14.65% abv

Reflection Chamber (2025)

The 2025 version is all stout. The blend consists of stouts that were aged in Willett Family Estate bourbon and rye barrels for 21-29 months. This is one of our thickest stouts to date. Big fudge-like notes remind of us cookie dough, dark chocolate, marzipan, and a strong barrel character that brings the resulting beer into balance. 14.5% ABV
