COPPER SHRINE (2022)

The inaugural release of Copper Shrine. A blend of Barleywines aged in Weller barrels for 23 months. Decadent notes of candied figs, praline, vanilla, and molasses. The interplay between the base beer and barrels is balanced, inviting, and warming. The beer weaves between an English-leaning interpretation of barleywine and the bourbon-heavy bravado of barrel-aged American barleywines. 14.5% ABV

BRIDGE OF FOG (2024)

This behemoth of barleywine was aged in a single 18 year old Heaven Hill bourbon barrel for 29 months. With a prominent oak character there is no doubt that the nearly 21 years of this barrel’s existence was special. For this iteration of Bridge of Fog we get intense notes of burnt molasses, spiced vanilla, praline and candied citrus. Like many of our barrel-aged beers we let the carb ride low to let the viscosity and tannic backbone to shine. 15.0% ABV

KEEPER’S KEEP (2025)

Keeper’s Keep is a blend of our most prized barleywine barrels. The 2025 blend contains barleywines that have matured in Willett Family Estate bourbon barrels for 21-27 months. We pulled from barrels offering notes of dark and dried fruits, toffee, creme brûlée, and floral vanilla. Like most of our barrel-aged beers, there is an oaky backbone that builds as the beer warms in the glass. 13.5% ABV
