What We’re pouring
Beer for Here
- Moonzu
White Tea & Yuzu Lager, 4.5% ABVAs we've continued exploring the many expressions of lager, we've found that beer and tea can exist in remarkable harmony. The way noble hops and whole-leaf tea intertwine feels effortless—creating something delicate, inviting, and deeply rewarding for lager lovers. For Moonzu, we built a clean, neutral lager as the foundation. From there, we conditioned the beer on Mai Wei Moonlight white tea from Hugo Tea. White tea is subtle yet expressive, bringing soft floral notes, a lush texture, and a silky character that carries beautifully into the finished beer. Because the leaves undergo minimal oxidation and are carefully hand-plucked to preserve the tender buds and leaves, the tea retains remarkable freshness and nuance. To brighten everything even further, we added yuzu, lending a vibrant burst of citrus that lifts the tea without overshadowing it. The result is a beer we're incredibly excited to share: crisp and refreshing, layered with delicate florals, vibrant citrus, and a lingering finish of honeysuckle.
- Seiso
Japanese-style Lager, 5.0% ABVA lager that is all buttoned up and inspired by the Japanese lagers that incorporate a heavy hand of rice in the brewing process. Perhaps our most pale lager in the lineup, Seiso feels effortless from start to finish. A blend of pilsner malts and rice, as well as Saaz hops, give this lager a layered aroma of honeysuckle, herbal tea, and bread dough. It is endlessly effervescent, super dry, and can accompany almost any dish out there. We'll have another one if you say so.
- Nearby
New Zealand-style Pilsner, 5.5% ABVThis rendition of Nearby is made with world-class German pilsner malt and hopped with a blend of German noble hops and a heavy hand of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Wai-iti in the whirlpool and dry-hop. Many New Zealand hops have parental lineage to German noble varieties, and we think they work together beautifully. The hop blend brings together a cacophony of bright wine-like expressions ranging from citrus zest to white peach and floral bouquets.
- Highlighter
Juicy Pale Ale, 5.8% ABVWell, well, well… what do we have here? A juicy pale ale loaded with an assortment of bright, expressive hops we've loved over the years: El Dorado, Rakau, Riwaka, Citra, and Columbus. It delivers all the citrus-forward flavors you expect, elevated by a tropical, thiol-driven twist from the New Zealand hops. We get nectarine, papaya, dried orange peel, and a touch of diesel.
- Surcharge
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVWe’ve been feeling a little bit extra lately! With a super light body and dry finish, this XPA is going to make the list of your faves. It is heavily hopped with our signature CSM blend (Citra-Mosaic-Simcoe) with a little sprinkle of Nelson Sauvin and Krush Cryo. We get notes of tangerine peel, stone-fruit, and dank berry. Think West Coast IPA with even more drinkability!
- Loose Leaf
Extra Pale Ale, 6.0% ABVWe wrote ourselves a recipe around a fresh crop of hops that just arrived. This beer is mash-hopped with whole leaf Krush before layering in Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra in the kettle. The dry hop features Krush Cryo, Audacia, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. It's our first time using Audacia from Indie Hops, an exciting up-and-coming variety from Oregon's Willamette Valley. It integrates seamlessly with some of our longtime favorites, bringing expressive notes of berry, pine, rosewater, and lemon zest.
- Habit Loop: DDH Amarillo
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVWe’re starting off July with a super fresh batch of Habit Loop paired alongside an OG American aroma hop, Amarillo. With Citra as the foundation, we used a heavy hand of estate-grown Amarillo from the fine folks at Crosby hops. What we get is layers upon layers of citrus with tropical top notes. This feels like a classic rendition of hazy IPA with all things orange, a bit of stick, and a soft landing.
- Spacecase
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVWe set out to brew a West Coast IPA that leans harder into Strata than we've ever done before. The foundation is a lineup of our favorite hand-selected American hops: Strata, Simcoe, and Mosaic. We also experimented with some advanced hop products, including Citra Dynaboost along with Strata and Simcoe Quantum from Abstrax. This beer is all about hop saturation. It delivers the orange candy sweetness and pine resin that defined classic West Coast IPA, while Strata takes center stage with ripe peach and just enough dankness to make you second-guess the neighboring table.
- Kiwi Backpack
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVWhen did the humble school backpack evolve into tactical survival gear? Have you ever seen how clogged a strap whistle can get with cheddar Goldfish crumbs? Our final beer of the weekend is a West Coast IPA packed with designer hops including Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. Don't get us wrong—this beer is for the people. No Gucci backpacks here. We did add a little extra flair, though, with a sprinkle of Nelson Sauvin Flowables and a dash of Riwaka Flowables. All we want is to set you up for success. Think of this as the backpack that sticks with you through every grade, gets tossed into a storage bin, passed around the family, maybe donated… or handed off to a friend (of legal drinking age, of course). No matter what, this is your backpack for the school year.
- The Way Back Out
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVAfter quite some time we're finally bringing back a New Zealand-focused DIPA. This is a beer that we’ve only revisited a few times and we’re super stoked on the hops this go around. With so many beautiful hops to choose from we selected a blend of Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mega Terps, Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka Cryo. Think mango mimosas, white grape jam, and tangerine gummies.

- Hank
American Lager, 4.4% ABVHank is a craft lager that pays homage to classic American brewing traditions, and is brewed with premium ingredients to deliver a clean, balanced flavor profile. With a pale golden hue and a frothy white head, Hank offers subtle notes of grainy malt sweetness complemented by a mild hop bitterness. The use of quality malts and hops results in a smooth, easy-drinking beer with a light body and a dry finish. At 4.4% ABV, Hank is perfect for those seeking a flavorful, yet sessionable, craft lager that embodies the spirit of American lager and the hard-working folks that enjoy it!
- Little Surfer
Hoppy Blonde Ale, 4.5% ABVJust in time for the start of the heat, Little Surfer is making an appearance! Like previous years, we shuffled up the hop blend based on what we think would taste great and refreshing for this little crusher. This year we chose a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Riwaka. Super spritzy with a medley of aromas and flavors that makes us think of peach mimosas, white grape marmalade, and passionfruit….pick up the good vibrations.

- DDH Innovo
Juicy Pale Ale, 5.8% ABVWe brought back a supercharged version of our original Innovo recipe brewed with all Simcoe and Strata. Dank aromas of pineapple and peach hit you right away, with a soft pillowy mouthfeel.
- Highlighter

It integrates seamlessly with some of our longtime favorites, bringing expressive notes of berry, pine, rosewater, and lemon zest.
- Licious (Strata//Rakau)
Hazy IPA, 6.2% ABVOur house-style IPA that we brew to meet in the middle. Juicy and hazy, yet balanced with a soft and dry-ish finish. Strata and Rakau are a dynamic duo that bring dank tropical and attention-grabbing flavors to the forefront. Together these two hops double down on the dank and delicious citrus and stone fruit notes that includes ripe mango, apricot, and sweet orange.
- Habit Loop: DDH Amarillo
NE-style IPA, 6.8% ABVWe’re starting off July with a super fresh batch of Habit Loop paired alongside an OG American aroma hop, Amarillo. This feels like a classic rendition of hazy IPA with all things orange, a bit of stick, and a soft landing.
- Trichrome: Mosaic Dynaboost
Hazy IPA, 7.0% ABVOur house-style hazy IPA that brings together all the things we love. As always, Trichrome is brewed with the holy trinity of American hops (Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe), but this time around we decided to turn the dial up with Mosaic Dynaboost. We've really enjoyed experimenting with Dynaboost, which is a concentrated hop product from YCH that focuses on variety-specific flavor by removing vegetative material. Altogether we're super pleased with this batch and feel like it hits all those juicy, tropical, citrusy notes with a supercharged pop of Mosaic from start to finish.
- SOMO
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABVThis West Coast IPA showcases our love of Southern Hemisphere hops and Mosaic, leaning into bright tropical notes with less pine and resin. We lean heavy on Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Krush Cryo for flavors of dragonfruit, overripe kiwi, and pink grapefruit mimosas. A light, lean body that drinks super dry and leaves the next sip in view before you even hit the finish line.

- Canyon Call
West Coast IPA, 7.2% ABVFor this new West Coaster, we dove into the depths of dankness. Canyon Call draws from recent travels and an urge to push outside of our usual hop blends – six different hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus, Riwaka, Columbus Cryo, and Strata Cryo. We layered them intentionally, mixing intensities and harvest windows to build something that's loud on aroma without losing the clean, dry backbone a modern WCIPA demands. These hops howl with bold flavors of candied peach and ruby red grapefruit with a hint of pine and cannabis. When you’re alone in the desert, what’s your call?
- Dripping In Green
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVBringing back a beloved DIPA, Dripping In Green is massively hopped with our stickiest hops. This year’s version is a blend of Citra, Strata, Simcoe, and Citra + Mosaic Lupomax. You can expect a tropical punch bowl with flavors and aromas of pineapple, strawberry-kiwi, and yellow mango that come together with an orange marmalade-like finish.
- The Way Back Out
NE-style DIPA, 8.0% ABVAfter quite some time we're finally bringing back a New Zealand-focused DIPA.
